2. Hosting, DNS and technical log data
The website and its contact API endpoint are delivered through Cloudflare Workers and Workers Static Assets; Cloudflare also provides DNS and security services. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you access the site or submit the form, technically necessary data may be processed, particularly your IP address, time of access, requested resource, browser or user-agent details, referrer, and connection and security information. This serves to deliver and stabilise the site, diagnose errors, limit abusive requests and protect the service. Technical logs may be retained for the provider's documented periods; the Worker does not log form content to a Programislavia database.
Programislavia uses no first-party analytics, marketing cookies or user tracking. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for the provider's information.
3. Contact form and email delivery
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed as required information, together with your company and selected topic if provided. The processing also covers confirmation that you have read this notice, the form language and page, a server-side timestamp, and technically necessary request and security data. The Cloudflare Worker uses the information only to validate and forward the request; Programislavia does not create its own form database.
The message is sent as plain text through Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. A verified Programislavia address is used as the sender; your email address is used only as the reply address and once as a contact detail in the message text. Open and click tracking remain disabled. Resend currently documents 30-day retention of email data for the intended standard plan. See the Resend Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Cloudflare Email Routing and Microsoft Outlook
The message delivered to kontakt@programislavia.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Cloudflare processes the message for routing; Microsoft processes and stores it in the destination mailbox. See the privacy information from Cloudflare and Microsoft.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Secure and reliable website: legitimate interest in a functioning presence protected against misuse, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- General enquiries: legitimate interest in appropriate communication and responding, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Project-related or pre-contractual enquiries: steps at your request prior to entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Legal obligations: where required in an individual case, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
The checkbox records only that you have read and taken note of this information; it is not blanket consent and does not change the applicable legal basis. This website has no user accounts, newsletter, payment functions or first-party customer database.
5. Recipients and possible international transfers
Recipients or technical service providers may include Cloudflare, Resend and Microsoft, as well as public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.
These providers operate internationally; according to its current information, Resend processes data particularly in the United States. Processing outside the European Economic Area may therefore occur. Depending on the service and contractual relationship, transfers may rely on applicable adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The providers' current contractual and privacy information applies. This does not amount to a blanket guarantee of legal compliance.
6. Retention
Programislavia does not store form submissions in its own database or create application logs containing message content. Cloudflare may process technically necessary security and access logs for its documented periods. Resend currently documents 30-day retention of email data for the intended plan; any different current contractual or account settings take precedence.
The received message is retained in the Microsoft Outlook mailbox only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, possible next steps and legitimate evidentiary interests. It is then deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where processing is exceptionally based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect.
To exercise your rights, write to kontakt@programislavia.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. The competent authority at the controller's location is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia.
